Tomorrow KSN will host an all day Adopt-A-Thon at the Joplin Humane Society.

The Humane Society has about 300 animals in residence, many displaced by the May 10th tornadoes.

They are all looking for good homes.

The event will go from noon to 7 in the evening..

However, our morning show will also be broadcasting live.

Humane Society Manager Deeanna Leinmiller says she hopes as many animals as possible find loving pet parents.

Leinmiller also advises those who lost a pet during the tornadoes to come by as well..

She says they get new animals all the time and yours might be there.
