Dogs Rescued From Puppy Mill

The dogs were scheduled to be euthanized at a kennel near Lebanon, Missouri. They are between four an seven years old. The animals are healthy and will be spayed or neutered today.
Shelter managers say it was necessary to rescue the dogs despite the lack of room in the shelter. This month the Animal Adoption and Resource Center took in more than 400 animals and is overcrowded
"It's just incredible to feel like we are a part, we're playing a part in finding these dogs a new life and truly it's going to be the beginning of a new life for them." says Lysa Buehler, shelter manager.
The humane society is offering special pricing for people looking to adopt the animals before the holidays. You can recieve up to 50% off an adoption.
