Wayne Kelly from south of Joplin and Wayne Rath from Rolla have dedicated the past 6 months to helping tornado victims. Rath lives in a local church and only returns home a couple days of month to pay bills. Kelly is retired from the railroad and sitting at home with so much to do is not an option. despite the hot summer days and now cold winter days. The guys say as long as theres work, they will be in the zone working.
