Three Missouri high school students face a number of charges related to theft and abuse of farm animals. Police say the three El Dorado Springs teens, Joshua Markus, Tyrel Parsley and Hunter Harper, stole and severely beat four goats and one piglet and then dumped the animals on the high school softball field. The incident happened on December 28th. Police say two of the goats and the piglet were dead upon discovery, and a third goat died later. The fourth goat survived and is recovering. The three students face multiple charges, including animal abuse, tresspassing, tampering with a motor vehicle and improper disposal.
