Animal Advocates Break Ground On New Shelter

NEOSHO, MO---  The future facility will sit on a four acre plot on Highway 86, West of Neosho. They have been planning the project for more than a year. The group is funded completely by donations and they are still in need of more money to finish the project. If you would like to make a contribution, click here.
