JOPLIN, MO-- As of 5/7/2012, Heartland Crimestoppers is looking for Bryan Lee Crow. He's wanted as an absconder by the District 9 Probation and Parole Office. He is a white man, 35 years of age. Crow stands six feet tall and he weighs about 220 pounds. He has strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes.
Crimestoppers is also looking for Richard R. Harper. He's also wanted as an absconder by the District 9 Probation and Parole Office. Harper is a white man, 23 years of age. He stands five feet nine inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has red hair and hazel eyes.
