MIAMI, OK -- A Miami church lends a helping hand to hundred of volunteers set to rebuild Joplin.
Sacred Heart Catholic Church will provide shelter and meals to 400 kids from Catholic Mission Trips.
The group is made up of catholic high school students from across the country.
They will be in Joplin from June through July building homes for tornado survivors.
Sacred Heart will house the students in their parish school building.
"We can't ourselves be up there everyday to build a house or make meals but we can help by clothing, feeding and sheltering those that are going to help do that work themselves," says Sacred Heart staff member Debbie Jurgensmeyer.
The City of Miami is also supporting the volunteers by providing cots and food.
