NEOSHO, MO---The Neosho City Council recently took T.D.D board members to court over the expired term of one member. The group is required to hold annual elections and the last ballot was held in April 2011. City officials felt the vote should occur every year at the same time. Board members agreed to have an election on July 16th and to notify all landowners inside the district by one month prior.
