JASPER COUNTY, MO.--- Kenton Cowgill Junior, 27,  of Carthage faces numerous felony charges after investigators say he was involved in a domestic dispute that lead to a 2 year old girl and a 4 year old boy being shot. According to reports, an argument between Cowgill and his wife became physical, and her father, Mark Whittenmyer, 48, of Carthage, brandished a shotgun.
