DUQUESNE, MO.--- Janessa Williams and Jacob Winkelman were taken into custody yesterday by Duquesne police. Earlier in the week, Webb City resident Del Marie Lu reported her car stolen. Yesterday, an officer spotted the car on Duquesne Road. The driver pulled into Lu's driveway and then fled the scene.

Williams and Winkelman were also in the car. Police say they found drug paraphernalia as well as stolen property inside. Officers thought the driver fled into Lu's house. They searched the home and also found drug paraphernalia there, and cited her for it. Police also are still searching for the person who fled.
