Groves Seeks Election

Current Cherokee county sheriff David Groves announced today he will seek reelection this fall.

Groves first took office in January of 2009.

According to the Cherokee county clerk's office, no other candidates have filed for the position at this time.

Deadline to file for that race is noon on June first of this year.
