Kansas Congresswoman Holds Job Fair

PITTSBURG, KS --   (R) Lynn Jenkins - District 2 hosted a job fair in Pittsburg today.

It gathered 35 Southeast Kansas companies under one roof, setting up booths at Memorial Hall to meet potential employees.

Jenkins says helping unemployed Kansans find jobs is one of her top priorities.

"Just jobs, the unemployment rate, the economy is probably the most important thing we're wresteling with is Washington D.C. today," says (R) Lynn Jenkins.

More than 200 job seekers attended the job fair.
