NEOSHO, MO-- The Neosho Forum organized the event at the Best Western in Neosho.  Candidates had an opportunity to speak their views, and share their vision for the future of the city.  David Holley helped organize the event so that voters can get more facts about city issues, before they vote.  "People can question candidates one on one.  You can get their literature, you can get their signs."  Holley explains.  "It's a way for people to stay informed.  Because the better informed you are, the better voter you are."
