JOPLIN -- Roper Suburu hosted their first annual "Pet Travel Safety Clinic" Saturday. Experts with Main Street Pet Care, the Joplin Animal Adoption and Resource Center, and Bergan, LLC talked about safe ways to travel with pets. Organizers say they want people to know how vital a pet's safety is while traveling. Pet owners also learned about the importance of antibiotics, safety equipment and microchipping pets.
