HALLOWELL, KS.--- Angelo's Deli opened in 1952 in Hallowell, Kansas. It is the only restaurant in the town and several hundred people eat there everyday.

Angelo Sachetta was a butcher and decided to open the deli and retired in 1986. His secret sauce on the sandwich is a secret that's only known to a select few.

"I do! If I tell you, I 'd have to kill you," says Emily Horn, Angelo's Deli Waitress.

The regulars say they enjoy once you go in they know your name and will give you advice on everything from fishing to your love life.
