SENECA, MO---The $90 million project is a joint effort between Redstone Construction and the Eastern Shawnee Tribe. On an average day, they have 250 workers on site. Ninety percent of those are local residents. The finished facility will have 117 rooms and 80,000 square-feet of gaming space. When the hotel and casino are up and running, 400 people will be employed there. Construction is scheduled to be completed by early September.
