NEOSHO, MO--- The city council voted to file a petition in Newton County Court to force the T.D.D to hold an election among property owners. There is only one board member position at stake. Our attempts to reach the T.D.D. were unsuccessful today. However, in a previous board meeting members said they were postponing the election to take care of more pressing issues.  A date has not yet been set for the case to appear in front of a judge.
