NEOSHO, MO--- Crowder College's Upward Bound program kicked off with 300 hundred students signed up to attend. The 5 week long camp helps teenagers prepare for college social life and studies. Upward Bound is led by 14 college students who act as role models to those who attend. Organizers say they are offering many new courses this year, including law enforcement and space engineering training. The students will end the program with a week long trip to Chicago.
