Joplin's landscape changed literally and figuratively on May 22nd, 2011 and businesses have to adjust to the new Joplin.
We are here to use Lean and Six Sigma Kaizen methodology to evaluate business processes and develop action plans to improve them - drive out waste, drive down cost and drive up productivity. Unfortunately, any action plan will fail UNLESS we also look at the leadership and the culture of a company.
Leaders have to be effective in order to promote and institute change so that it sticks long-term. Leadership is something you work on and continually refine in order to turn Managers into Leaders and Leaders into Great Leaders. You can manage things, but you develop people. We provide selected classes from the FranklinCovey line of leadership and professional training as well as information technology training.
