BARRY COUNTY, MO.--- The Southwest R-5 school district plans to add an administrative office building connecting the elementary and middle schools. The new structure would serve as a secure main entrance for both. The funds would also pay for a new music room at the high school. If approved, the project would continue the property tax levy at current levels.
