When Stanley Hagan went 95 yards in the 2nd quarter, the Greyhounds took a 7-6 lead, but it was all Tyler (TX) CC after that. The visiting Apaches score 29 unanswered to win 35-6 and drop Fort Scott CC to 1-1 on the season.

Meanwhile, NEO A&M won their season opener 36-12 against Highland CC.
