Webb City, Monett District Softball Champs Again

For the 6th year in a row, and for the 14th time in the past 16 years, Webb City softball claims a district title. The Lady Cardinals defeat McDonald County 7-6 in 10 innings in the Class Four District 12 title game. In the Class Three District 12 championship, Monett fended off Carl Junction 4-1 to make it back-to-back titles for the Lady Cubs.

Webb, Monett and Lamar will all play at home Wednesday in sectionals, while Nevada will be on the road.
