JOPLIN, MO--- Show-Me-State residents own more dogs than most other states. A new report from the American Veterinary Medical Association shows that Missouri ranks fourth in the nation for the number of dog owners and 46% percent of households own a dog in Missouri. The lowest states are on the east coast.
