Stolen Red Cross Truck Recovered

SPRINGFIELD, MO--- The Springfield Police Department recovered the stolen American Red Cross truck on Sunday, January 20th.

"We are working with the insurance company to determine if it will be able to be repaired as it has been wrecked and abused a great deal", says Nigel Holderby Chief Communications Officer for American Red Cross.

The truck was reported missing last Tueday January 15th in the area of Sunshine and Oak Grove in Springfield.

"We are grateful to the Police Officers for the very difficult job they do everyday. At this time we are unsure of any details regarding its recovery but we are glad to have it home.", writes Holderby.
