MISSOURI---- Missouri State Representatives Charlie Davis, Bill Lant, Bill Reiboldt and 4 other lawmakers co-sponsored house bill 283 which will make some short term changes to the existing school foundation formula.

State Senator Eric Schmitt of Kirkwood hopes to start working on a completely new system later this year. He says the existing formula is severely underfunded and could open the state up to future lawsuits.
