MIAMI, OK.--- NEO A&M College freshman Kyle Stephens won a design contest to update the department's new cars. The new design follows more traditional law enforcement vehicles with a black and white color scheme featuring the department's shield.

The police chief came up with the competition to raise student awareness of campus safety. Stephens competed against 5 other students. He was selected as the winner by committee of faculty, staff and campus officers.

"It's been fun. I've met a lot of genuine people and it's brought me closer to the school. It's just been a great experience," says Kyle Stephens, Designed Car Logos.

Stephens gets $100 as the winner of the contest.
