breaking news
What could potentially be one of the most exciting regular season football games in Pitt State history is reportedly in the works. According to an article in the Maryville News Ledger, rival Northwest Missouri State is attempting to rent Arrowhead Stadium for a Thursday night game this fall. There is a large number of alumni from both schools living in the Kansas City area, and the early estimates on attendance are between 20,000 and 25,000 spectators. The proposal calls for the Saturday October 19th game to be moved to Thursday the 17th in Arrowhead. We will of course keep you posted on the status of this game as information becomes available.
