Parsons PD Seeks Shooting Suspect

PARSONS, KS -- Parsons police officers are searching for the man who shot an occupied car early Wednesday morning.

Douglas Heiskell, 30, is facing charges of aggravated assault.

Authorities say Heiskell fired shots at a car on the 2300 block of Stevens Street in Parsons.

Five people were in the vehicle but no one was injured.

Officers believe Heiskell is in Southeast Kansas or Northeast Oklahoma.
