Beltran Enjoying Return to KC, Miami BMX Hosts Free Race Night

Carlos Beltran talks fondly of his six-plus years playing in Kansas City and the Cardinals pound the Royals for the second day in a row. Plus, in Oklahoma, an 8 man football All-Star game and Miami BMX hosts a free race night in honor of the Olympics. Race results after the jump.

Of the 74 total riders last night, 16 were first-time racers. Miami BMX hosts race nights for $10 every Wednesday and Saturday night, open to all ages and experience levels.
