Girard's Herlocker Named High School Heisman Winner for Kansas, Signs to play at Pitt State

Girard's Haydn Herlocker was one of several Four States athletes signing letters of intent to play a sport in college Tuesday, but she was the only one who also found out she'd been selected as the Wendy's High School Heisman winner for her state.
