Pittsburg Strip Pitt Search Continues

PITTSBURG -- Officers with the Pitsburg Police Department have been searching two days for Mateo Lorenzo, 22. He was last seen before 11:30AM Saturday at Wilderness Park in Frontenac. Lorenzo is 5' 8" tall, and weighs 215 pounds. He has brown eyes and curly black hair. He was last seen wearing black pants and a black hooded sweatshirt. First responders received information Lorenzo had fallen into a strip pit at Wilderness Park. Rescue and recovery crews searched for seven hours Saturday and until sunset Sunday, but were unable to find him.
