Webb City, Labette County Win Hoops Showdowns at Home

Webb City beat Carl Junction by 25 at home in a game considered to be a possible district championship preview, while in Kansas one-loss Labette County knocked off unbeaten Independence with a Tucker Thompson bucket at the buzzer.

Plus, the Lady Cardinals beat the Lady Bulldogs, and the Pittsburg State men win while the Gorilla women lose in day one of the Las Vegas Challenge.
