Playing on national TV and in front of a packed John Lance Arena, the Pitt State women played maybe their best game of the season, while the Gorilla men played maybe their worst, as a seven game win streak came to an end.

In Joplin, the MoSo men bounced back from a heartbreaking loss Thursday night, and the women grabbed their second straight conference win, staving off Missouri Western by just two points.

Also taking place on the Lions' campus today, the Joplin boys fall in the championship game of the Kaminsky classic.
