WEBB CITY, MO.--- Paul Spangenberg has a green thumb when it comes to herbs. He has started selling his spices and has 51 varieties growing in his garden. He says spices make your meal and opens up your taste buds. The supermarkets often don't have fresh herbs and spices on the shelf.

"You go to the store try to find herbs, they're expensive and they're bad. They've been picked who knows how long ago. I wanted quality," states Paul Spangenberg, "The Herb Man."

Paul will be selling his herbs every Friday at the Webb City Farmers Market. If you would like to visit his Facebook page, click here.
