Several months after winning a preseason basketball tournament at Carthage high, the Carl Junction boys won again on the Tigers' floor, this time for a district title. Also winning a Class Four, District 12 title was the Webb City girls, who beat Carthage in a rematch of last year's title bout.

In Kansas, Colgan won a sub-state championship for the 17th straight year, beating top seed Riverton. In 4A title games, the Fort Scott girls won while the Fort Scott boys saw their year come to an end.

Plus, more scores from Missouri and Kansas high school games, and Pitt State men and women's highlights.
