AT&T Donation to the Bill and Virginia Leffen Center for Autism
JOPLIN, MO.--- The president of AT&T Missouri presented a $10,000 check to the Bill and Virginia Leffen Center for Autism today. The money will go toward scholarships for the center's students. The president says autism is something that touches their employees' families.
"I know many of them that are dealing with autistic children. We see how it impacts the families and so we see the great work that this center is doing," said John Sondag, President, AT&T Missouri.
After the check presentation, students with the center thanked AT&T for the donation.
