watch video
JOPLIN, MO.--- The Joplin iHop celebrated National Pancake Day. Workers gave every customer a free plate and encouraged people to donate to the Children's Miracle Network.

The goal is to raise $3,000 and all the money will help with families in the area. The group helps parents deal with the extra costs of having a sick child.

"I don't think Meghan would be here if it weren't for the Children's Miracle Network. I don't know if we could of afforded to take her to the specialists in Saint Louis, where we needed to go. I don't' even want to think about it," said Tiffiney Tackett, Mother.

The free pancakes ends at 10 p.m. tonight, but you can always donate to the Children's Miracle Network. If you would like to donate to CMN, click here.
