Fatal Seneca House Fire
SENECA, MO.--- Harvey Partain's home went up in flames after a gas explosion in his garage. According to the Newton County coroner, the 58-year-old suffered a heart attack at the scene while using a hose to put out the flames.
He was pronounced dead around 7:45 p.m. last night at Freeman in Joplin. Seneca fire officials tell us there were propane tanks inside the garage and they have ruled the fire as accidental. The official cause is still under investigation.
