JOPLIN, MO.--- Dr. CJ Huff was 1 of 4 finalists considered by the American Association of School Administrators to be named "Superintendent of the Year." The award ceremony took place last week in Los Angeles, where an educator from North Carolina received the official title.
The nominees were chosen from 49 state superintendents of the year. A reception to honor Dr. Huff will be held on Monday at the Joplin School Administration Building from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
