SPRINGFIELD, MO--- The First Lady stopped at a Walmart Neighborhood Market, highlighting how the store offers healthy foods for a good price. She says stores like these can help people with lower incomes make good decisions about what they eat.

"We're trying to make our families stronger," says Mrs. Obama.

The First Lady is celebrating the third anniversary of her "Let's Move" campaign to try to get kids healthy. She looked at Walmart's progress in reducing sodium and sugar in processed foods, also adding labels to help healthy foods stand out.
