TOPEKA -- The Kansas Department of Commerce and Kansas Department for Children and Families have announced the KANSASWORKS Employer Partner Incentive program. Employers will be paid $1,500 for having a qualified employee on staff for 90 days, and an additional $1,500 in they are still on staff after one year. Employers will also receive $1,000 for employing a qualified worker for one year on a part-time basis of at least 20 hours a week.
