Attorney General Jay Nixon issues a warning to homeowners... beware of what he calls "asphalt gypsies". They`re a scam group who claims they`ll re-pave your drive way. Nixon says the group offers low estimates but the work is of such poor quality that the homeowner has to pay a second company to re-do the work. If you suspect a con-artist in your neighborhood Nixon says to call the police and file a complaint with his office... that number is 1-800-392-8222... or you can file a complaint on his web site... www.moago.org
