A Missouri man is facing additional sexual predator charges. 33-year old Andrew Carter was arrested after he arranged a meeting with someone he thought was a teenage girl he met in an internet chat room. The 13 year old girl was actually an undercover police officer. Now the state of Oklahoma has issued three warrants for Carter`s arrest for having sex with another 13-year old girl just last month. He has been charged with one count of first degree rape, one count of forcible sodomy and one count of lewd molestation. Carter is scheduled for preliminary hearing on April 30th.
