Missouri residents can give mom the gift of peace and quiet this Mothers Day... All you have to do is register her phone number with the no call list. Missouri attorney general Jay Nixon wants to remind you that the deadline to sign up for the list is May 1st. That list will go into effect July first. Nixon says registration is easy and violators *will be* punished.
