Change of Venue Granted

The trial of a former Four State jailer charged with numerous sex crimes, will be moved out of Newton County. 22-year old Josh Ulbrich of Neosho is accused of using his position at the Newton County Jail to trade favors with female inmates in exchange for sexual contact. He has been granted a change of venue to Barton County Circuit Court. Ulbrich has pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him. He`ll be back in court for a pre-trial conference on October 10th.
