Nevada Accidental Shooting

A Four State woman is in stable condition after being shot accidentally. Nevada Police were called to the home of David and Heidi Simpson early Tuesday morning to find that Mrs. Simpson had been shot. Officials say David Simpson was showing his wife how to load a handgun when the gun discharged, hitting her in the throat. David Simpson said he didn`t know a bullet was already in the chamber of the gun. Mrs. Simpson was transferred by helicopter to St. John`s Hospital in Joplin where she is listed in stable condition.
