Marijuana Arrest

A Northeast Oklahoma man is arrested after authorities find marijuana on his property. Carl Powell was arrested for cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphenalia, after local authorities found several marijuana plants growing at his home. Powell was booked in the Ottawa County Jail. His bond has been set at $11,000. Reported By: Eric Hutchinson
