One Four State college is now dealing with legal action from one of its students. Missouri Southern State College student MaryCatherine Krause is suing the school, claiming that disabled students are being discriminated against. Krause is asking for $300,000 in damages. She has spoken to the student senate and other college officials, but says nothing has been done about her request. "I have asked the student senate, both in writing and verbally, to come and bring my problems to them and I have not been replied to," said Krause. Missouri Southern President, Dr. Julio Leon, released a statement today, saying, "The college is confident that we are meeting A.D.A. requirements and we always try to respond to concerns of any student with problems." Krause filed the lawsuits in Kansas City today. Reported By: Ryan Loyd
