Child Abuse Charges

A Four State woman is facing charges of child abuse and neglect. Terrah Jo Hart of Quapaw, Oklahoma is being investigated for possible sexual abuse of a two year old and three year old child. Officials say concern arose when the children began falling below developmental guidelines for their age. After an investigation, D.H.S. officials placed the children into foster care. That`s when one of the children became physically and sexually aggressive. Hart was taken into custody and is facing charges including child neglect. She is currently free on bond.
