Even with the highest safety precautions in place accidents do happen. In Missouri, three people have lost their lives on highways just this weekend so far. But the story in Oklahoma is very different. The highway patrol released a report today saying fewer people died on Oklahoma highways so far this year than last. This August alone, four fewer people lost their lives while driving on Oklahoma roadways.
